How can I(fresher) start a career in the tech industry? Yeah, that a big question for every fresher that just finished out their degrees recently. Today I am going to talk about on this topic as I am also a tech person I am going to share some of my past experience and challenges regarding this topic.

Let's start from the beginning while you have to choose your interest field subject or stream from the high school or degree. If you are technology freaks you don't have to compulsory choose science faculty. It means that you can also choose other stream and if you have an enthusiasm for yourself towards technology you can learn it by your own self. But you have to be passionate about the things you want to learn. These days you can learn things easily if you have a good internet connection and a laptop. While you are doing your higher studies please don't stay ideal that means don't only focus on academic courses lesson. I am not saying it's not good to focus only on academic courses but what I am saying is you should need to learn more than that of academic courses to work in the recent marketplace. So to prepare you have to need to research yourself what your field you are interested and how can you start the basic steps from the beginning. For this, you can learn the basic concept form the online educational sites and tutorials. If possible go for an intern or work volunteer to learn and grasp marketplace environment.

Here I have listed some specific question you need answers to choose or prepare the right career path for you.

1. What technology field you want to choose?

Yeah, this one is a bit tricky here. many students are confused what to choose for his/her career path for future. For the right path, you have to know yourself first that what field you are good at.

f.       Designing
g.     Digital Marketing
h.     Artificial Intelligence
i.       Machine Learning
j.       Robotics
k.     Gaming

You have to know your interest sector that in which field you are good at. For example, if you want to choose programming field you should learn some basic programming language like C, C++, concept of OOP to start yourself.
If you want to choose Networking field, you have to learn some basic networking Concept, do a course like CCNA and so on.

2. How can you track your progress?

You need to focus on the field you have chosen and continuously need to give effort. You need to find an internship in your related field to gain experience and knowledge. And also engaging in a project also helps you gain lots of information about the things you want to learn.

3. Is it good to go to the training institute?

Yeah, Most of the fresher/student go to the institute to learn basic to advance of the course they want to learn. It helps a lot if you can't do it by yourself. A training institute teaches you the way the marketplace works. It helps you to set you the platform to work in the marketplace. Sometimes the institute also offers you job placement or internship opportunities if you do well during the training period.
